- The system also provides a variety of optional functions for users, such as:
-
HS-GPS satellite clock can be adopted to improve the accuracy of the system clock and solve the problem of SOE resolution in the entire network.
-
Provides fault waveform recording and analysis function.
System Functions
1. Data Acquisition and Processing
Real-time data acquisition and processing are carried out through bay layer units. Real-time information includes: analog quantities, switch quantities, digital quantities, temperature quantities and other signals. They are derived from CT, PT, circuit breakers, protection equipment and DC signals of each electrical unit.
Electric energy metering data is collected from the electric energy information output by multi-function electric energy meters through the RS-485 network, uploaded to the main control unit, and then remotely transmitted to the remote dispatching terminal and substation background computer through the main control unit.
2. Statistical Calculation
- Active power, reactive power, phase currents, voltages, and power factors of each electrical unit (implemented at the bay layer).
- Daily, monthly and annual maximum and minimum values and their occurrence times.
- Time-sharing statistics of daily, monthly and annual voltage and power factor qualification rates.
- The statistical calculation reports can generate all the above statistical functions for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or user-defined statistical periods according to user requirements.
3. Screen Display
Displays various information screens, including the position status, displacement information, protection device action and reset information of all equipment, real-time data of various measured values, various alarm information, and status information of the computer monitoring system.
In screens requiring zoned display, it can be divided into: process screen area, prompt information area, and alarm information area as required, and each area displays information synchronously without interfering with each other.
4. Recording Function
The recording function refers to the computer station control system outputting various required information to printing paper in a specified format through a printer.
-
Status change recording
-
Data recording
-
Screen recording
-
Post-fault review recording
-
Other recordings
5. Sequence of Events (SOE) Recording
The content of SOE recording is the record of rapidly occurring accident status changes. The SOE time resolution is not greater than 2 milliseconds, and it is printed out in the required report form.
6. Alarm Processing
Alarm processing is divided into two types: accident alarm and pre-alarm. The former includes circuit breaker tripping and protection device action signals not caused by operation. The latter includes general equipment displacement, status abnormality information, analog quantity over-limit/return-to-limit, status abnormalities of various components of the computer station control system and bay layer units, etc.
7. Management Function
Local and remote control methods are adopted for circuit breakers of various voltage levels in the substation.
Remote control mode is adopted for protection setting values, setting value zones and soft pressure plates at the bay layer.
8. Misoperation Prevention
We can control, judge and analyze the operation steps of electrical equipment by operating personnel to determine whether the operation is reasonable, legal, safe and correct. If an improper operation occurs, the operation will be blocked, and the information will be printed and displayed.
9. Operation Interlocking
Has operation permission level management. Only after entering the correct operation password, monitoring password and correct switch number can the user perform operation control and parameter modification, and the information will be recorded.
10. Fault Waveform Recording Display
Can directly upload the recording data of the protection bay, open professional waveform analysis software, and conduct effective fault analysis and judgment on the waveform.
11. Remote Information Exchange
The computer monitoring system can realize information exchange with remote large systems through the local area network (LAN) using methods such as FTP.
12. Interface with Other Equipment
The computer monitoring system has the interface capability with other intelligent equipment configured by the buyer.
13. Maintenance Function
The maintenance function refers to the diagnosis, management, maintenance, expansion and other work performed by the engineer in charge of the computer monitoring system in the substation through the workstation.
14. Automatic Voltage-Reactive Power Regulation
Used to realize the comprehensive regulation and control of voltage and reactive power in the substation.
Applicable to various voltage levels of 110kV and below; can be applied to any wiring mode. It is not limited by the number of main transformers, busbars and capacitors. At the same time, it can automatically adapt to changes in system operation modes. It can adjust according to voltage and reactive power, as well as voltage and power factor.
15. Clock Synchronization
The GPS user equipment receives satellite standard time signals, and connects with the equipment to be calibrated through serial communication or 1 Pulse Per Minute (1PPM) signal output, and calibrates the clocks of the station control layer microcomputers, various measurement and control units, protection units, etc. through time calibration software.
16. System Self-Diagnosis and Self-Recovery
The computer monitoring system can diagnose the operating conditions of various software and hardware online. When abnormalities and faults are found, it can display and print alarm information in a timely manner, and display them in different colors on the operating condition diagram.
