New Energy Automation System Solution
In recent years, China's new energy power generation industry has developed rapidly, especially solar photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation. With strong support from national policies, it has now entered a stage of rapid development.
Photovoltaic grid-connected power generation systems usually adopt the mode of block power generation and centralized grid connection, so a photovoltaic power station is composed of multiple grid-connected power generation units. Each grid-connected power generation unit is mainly composed of battery modules, combiner boxes, DC lightning protection distribution cabinets, inverters, step-up box-type transformers and other equipment, and is widely distributed. Each grid-connected power generation unit needs to upload the operation data and information of the equipment to the monitoring system through the optical fiber network.
A wind farm is usually composed of several wind turbines to form wind turbine units. The wind turbines are divided into several groups according to the distribution characteristics of the wind farm. The outgoing lines of each group of wind turbines form a combined unit, and after combination, they are transmitted to the wind farm booster station through 35kV overhead cable hybrid lines. At present, domestic and foreign wind power projects are designed according to the "unmanned or few people on duty" operation and management mode, and the central control room of the entire wind farm is set at the booster station. Since the box-type transformers of the wind farm are far away from the central control room and very scattered, the remote monitoring and control of the wind power box-type transformers has long been realized by the integrated automation system of the booster station.
In addition to protection, measurement and control functions, the HSR360 series box-type transformer protection and monitoring device also has powerful communication management functions, integrating rich resources such as multi-channel Ethernet communication, 2-channel optical fiber ring network interfaces, and multi-channel RS485 serial port access communication. It supports multiple protocols such as 103 and 104, realizing direct collection of electrical quantities and status quantities of box-type transformers. Other intelligent devices can collect data through RS485 communication. Each power generation unit and the monitoring system form a ring network with optical fibers, and each power generation unit takes HSR360 as a subsystem to transmit all information to the monitoring system in real time.
