HST5320U Transformer Backup Protection and Control Device

The HST5320U Transformer Backup Protection and Monitoring Device is suitable for the backup protection of power transformers at voltage levels of 110kV and below. It, together with the HST5310U Transformer Differential Protection Device and the HSF5944 Body Protection Device, constitutes the complete set of protection and monitoring functions for the transformer. It can be installed either locally in the switch cabinet or in a centralized panel-mounted configuration. It also provides communication interfaces, enabling it to form an automation system together with other protections and automation equipment through the communication interfaces.

Application Scope

The HST5320U Transformer Backup Protection and Measurement & Control Device is suitable for backup protection of power transformers of 110kV and below. Together with the HST5310U Transformer Differential Protection Device and the HSF5944 Main Body Protection Device, it forms a complete set of transformer protection, measurement and control functions.
