Application Scope

HSR292 three-phase operation box is used for CB control of ring handling mechanism and electromagnetic operating mechanism. Tripping and closing current is self-adapt, the device can be operated in remote or at locan place. The device adopting embedded structure can be installed in switchgear dispersedly, it can also be installed in cabinet in group. The prnciple, wiring and performance is good, reasonable and reliable.

 

Function Configuration

 

HSR292 is equipped with functions of controlling CB open/close, CB not ready block close and SF6 error block trip and close. This plug-in consists of kinds of relays, including tripping-position relay(TWJ), close-position relay(HWJ), manual trip relay STJ, spring unstored energy block relay BSJ3, SF6 gas low pressure block relay BSJ1, tripping-hold relay TBJ, close-hold relay HBJ etc. The holding current of tripping and close adopts self-adaption methods, the range: 0.5A ~ 4A, this kind of circuit can avoid trouble of exchanging relays when the parameters of tripping or close change.
